核心思想 本文提出一種弱監督的缺陷檢測方法,並且提出一種人工缺陷合成方法,能夠解決缺少缺陷樣本的問題。本文將缺陷分爲了線形缺陷和塊狀缺陷兩種形式,顧名思義線形缺陷就是類似劃痕、條狀的缺陷(如圖a,b),塊狀缺陷就是一團一團的那種缺陷(如圖c,d)。 線形缺陷合成過程可以分爲以下幾步:首先通過隨機遊走算法生成缺陷的骨架,其次將骨架轉化爲連通區域,並且對連通區域做膨脹計算。然後根據高斯分佈生成
