每一個回答這個問題的同窗都很興奮,開始口若懸河講他的興趣愛好。這個問題其實不簡簡單單是想了解一下你興趣愛好,還想了解一下你這我的是否是真的熱愛你的職業。好比說一個程序員,你要說業餘時間就是看看電視劇玩玩遊戲,也不看書也不寫程序,怎麼讓人相信你真的喜歡編程?相反回答說本身業餘時間喜歡看看技術文章,在github寫點開源項目的程序員天然會加分不少。
可是也千萬別自做聰明編一些故事,緊接着確定會針對你的回答有更多問題的,好比說你github帳號是什麼?作過什麼開源項目?做假的話,回去一看就穿幫了。
「你有沒有什麼問題想問個人?」
這一般是面試的最後一個問題,意味着面試要結束了,這個問題主要就是給候選人一個機會,瞭解一下公司的狀況,或者想從面試官那獲得一些建議等。正常來說最好是問一個有準備的問題,例如:「大家公司的開發流程是什麼樣的?」,「能簡單介紹一下你的平常工做嗎?」,顯得對公司重視有興趣,也能夠藉此瞭解一下。
