TF (transform) in ROS
總結： tf(transform) package有兩種broadcast方式 1.寫在程序裏，broadcast 2.另一種方式，當座標變換爲不隨時間而改變的變換時，可以在launch文件中launch static_transform_publisher這個節點，在launch文件裏把座標變化寫到這個節點的參數裏。
