文章提出了一個基於深度學習的框架來預測心臟瓣膜在生物力學上的形變,而生物力學上的形變不能直接使用醫學成像捕獲,通常需要複雜的計算專業知識和成本來確定。 首先通過CT圖像使用NURBS曲面對心臟瓣膜建模,之後利用等幾何分析的方法對心臟瓣膜進行應力與應變的分析,並將分析的數據用來訓練網絡DLFEA 。提出的方法是通用的;它也可以應用到分析心臟瓣膜的其他關鍵性能特性,以及包括流體結構相互作用在內的更復雜
