Leetcode 231 and 342. Power of 2, Power of 4
上原題先： 把Leetcode這兩道題目放一起，其實這兩個是相似的。 完全可以通過循環來做，在不能用循環的條件下如何求解？ 方法一：通過考慮位運算。精妙絕倫的解法。 方法二：與方法一類似，只不過在滿足num爲2的冪前提下，決定num是不是4的冪的方法略微有差別： 理由如下： 至於爲什麼2^(2k)-1一定可以被3整除，可以通過數學歸納法證明。
