題目描述：看看某個數是不是4的開方，也就是說相當於判斷1的個數是在奇數還是偶數位？ 題目鏈接：Leetcode 342. Power of Four 這道題讓我們判斷一個數是否爲4的次方數，那麼最直接的方法就是不停的除以4，看最終結果是否爲1。 我們在確定其是2的次方數了之後，發現只要是4的次方數，減1之後可以被3整除. 最高位都是奇數位。 4的次方數的最高位的1都是奇數位，那麼我們只需與上一個數
