Spring Cloud - 1. 使用Spring Cloud是須要注意的基本問題

須要注意的是，在使用Spring Cloud時，maven的應用要有基本的內容，不然可能會出各類各樣的問題，好比 @EnableEurekaClient 沒法引入。
