Python出現Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement openpyxl (from versions: )

一.環境 使用python3.7時，用pip安裝openpyxl出現以下錯誤：html   系統環境：windows10家庭版 Python版本：python3.7.1 IDE：sublime_text 3 二. 解決方案 按照提示所示是其中一個緣由是pip版本太低，須要更新pip： python -m pip install --upgrade pip 因爲python國內網絡不穩定，一直報錯，
