轉載於http://www.javashuo.com/article/p-swsqzagr-ou.html 有時我們使用下載python 自帶的pip 安裝一些工具包時，會報如下錯誤 找不到滿意的版本，這時就是我們的pip可能需要升級了，所以使用 python -m pip install --upgrade pip 升級一下pip ，--upgrade 後面跟的是需要升級的庫名 然後繼續嘗試發現
