No toolchains found in the NDK toolchains folder for ABI with prefix: mips64el-linux-android解決辦法

當Studio版本升級到3.4以上，從SDK Manager下載的NDK不在支持老的項目了就會報錯 提示的意思就是找不到mips64el-linux-android，這是在NDK r18b之前的版本纔會有這個文件夾，r18b更新日誌有一句話 This version of the NDK is incompatible with the Android Gradle plugin version
