PMBOK(2004 3rd 英) P248關於風險識別的圖形技術中提到了因果圖(Cause-and-Effect diagram)，流程圖(flow chart)和影響圖(Influence diagram),其中前兩個圖因爲也是質量管理的工具，在相關章節中有詳細介紹和圖例，可是影響圖盡在此處出現，並且沒有圖例。
