iOS The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' 問題解決方案

很多朋友從github上會下載很多demo來參考學習，但是運行起來就會出現如上錯誤。 這是因爲缺少依賴關係庫。 只需要打開終端（不要說你不會怎麼打開終端，那你幹什麼開發） cd 到項目目錄下 pod install 如上圖所示，就可以從新運行項目了。
