我的用小做文模板

小做文

小做文分爲兩種：

1. 書信
2. 通知

書信框架

稱呼：
        開頭段：自我介紹/寒暄+寫信目的
        中間段：分層描述
        結尾段：重申寫做目的+期盼回覆
                                禮貌語，
                                署名

稱呼

1. Dear + 人名/暱稱,
2. Dear + Mr./Ms. + 姓氏,
3. Dear + 頭銜/職位 + 姓名,
4. Dear + 集體身份,
5. Dear Sir or Madam,

自我介紹

1. 學生：I am a freshman/sophomore/junior/senior/undergraduate/graduate/postgraduate in the Department of Art in 某大學.
2. 學生團體：I am the president of the Students' Union of 某大學.
3. 公司職員：I am a staff member from your company.
4. 社會人士：I am sb who + 定從/ As sb who +定從.

寒暄

1. 很久不見：Long time no see!/ It has been a long time since last time we met.
2. 最近好嗎：How is everything going?/ How have you been?
3. 收到信後很開心：I am exceedingly delighted to receive your last letter (in which you mentioned that ...).

寫信目的

必寫：I'm writing for the purpose of doing sth ...

1. 求職：apply for the postion of ...
2. 推薦：heartily recommend ... as your proper choice
3. 投訴：complain about .../ makea complaint about ...
4. 邀請：invite you to ...
5. 資訊：request for some detailed information about ...
6. 感謝/道歉：express my heartfelt gratitude/ apology for ...
7. 建議：offer/ give/ propose you some advice/ suggestions on ...
8. 辭職：resign from the current position

分層描述（本身寫內容，要精彩）

　To begin with,...In addition,...Finally,...

　 I would appreciate it if you would send me a reply at your earliest convenience.
