ArcGIS GDB中要素類不可編輯

要編輯存儲於gdb中的要素類時，提示"no editable layers".   圖層警告"check to see that you have the appropriate permissions"   註記要素類編輯屬性提示"Error updating annotation feature class extension properties"   解決方法：  查看 Windows E
