win10/win7 vs2013 配置caffe （CPU）

從官網下載最新版的caffe https://github.com/microsoft/caffe 解壓，到windows文件夾下將CommonSettings.props.enample 改名爲CommonSettings.props，並打開 如果僅僅用CPU編譯的話，只需將Cpuonlybuild改爲true即可。  matlab接口和python接口根據個人需要，選擇true或者false。
