項目啓動報錯‘java.sql.SQLException: Unable to load authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password'.’；

原因：本地數據庫服務器升級到8.0，項目中引用的jar包還是5.0的所以報錯 解決：更換mysql-connection-java的jar包，匹配到對應的高版本 jar包更換後發現，項目依舊報錯： Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException:The server time zone value ‘?D
