jsp文件運行無錯誤，替換爲java文件運行卻出現Bootstrap‘s JavaScript requires jQuery at bootstrap.js:8

引入bootstrap框架時出現問題：boostrap下拉菜單無效，錯誤提示Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery     at bootstrap.js:8 客戶端Console輸出： 出現代碼：Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery  at bootstrap.min.js:6 通常爲bootstrap加載的順序有問題
