VS2013下開發VC++程序，編譯時提示錯誤error MSB8020: The build tools for v140 (Platform Toolset = 'v140') 的解決方案

1. 問題描述：

提示以下錯誤：error MSB8020: The builds tools for v140 (Platform Toolset = 'v140') cannot be found. To build using the v140 build tools, either click the Project menu or right-click the solution, and then select "Update VC++ Projects...". Install v140 to build using the...

2. 問題分析：

形成該問題的緣由是所用VS版本平臺集不一致致使，更改成本機所用VS平臺版本集便可;

3. 解決方案：

  將 "項目——屬性——配置屬性——常規——平臺工具集」 選項更改成你所用的VS版本平臺集的選項便可，如我這裏用的是VS2013，便將其更改成v120的，v140應爲VS2015/2017版本的平臺工具集；以下圖所示：
