KMS Activate steps

 

1. Use "RDP" to access server KMS server

2. Go to "Start" click "Volume Activation Management Tool 2.0"

 

3. Click "Yes" if UAC prompt security information

4. Add the target hostname or IP in the form.

5. Update status, right click the target machine select "Update Status"

1. "Current Credential" for AP domain computer

2. Alternate credential for other domain computer or non-joined domain computer.

6. Waiting for the process running finished

7. Right click target hostname and click "Install Product Key..."

8. Select "Install a KMS client key" click "OK"

9. Waiting for process running finish and click "Close"

10. Right click target hostname click "Activate" - "KMS Active..."

11. Keep default setting and click "OK"

Note: for non-ap domain computers, should choose" use specific kms host and ports", port 1688.

 

 

12. Waiting for process running finish and click close to finish all activation process
