1．具備清楚地思惟、談吐、寫做的能力（The ability to think, speak and write clearly）;

3．具備造成概念和解決問題的能力（The ability to conceptualize and solve problems）;

4．具備獨立思考的能力（The ability to think independently）;

5．具備勇於創新及獨立工做的能力（The ability to take initiative and work independently）;

6．具備與他人合做的能力（The ability to work in cooperation with others and learn collaboratively）;

7．具備判斷什麼意謂着完全理解某種東西的能力（The ability to judge what is means to understand something thoroughly）;

8．具備辨識重要的東西與瑣碎的東西、持久的東西與短暫的東西的能力（The ability to distinguish the important from the trivial,the enduring from the ephemeral）;

9．熟悉不一樣的思惟方式（定量、歷史、科學、道德、美學）（Familiarity with different modes of thought）;

10．具備某一領域知識的深度（Depth of knowledge in a particular field）;

11．具備觀察不一樣學科、文化、理念相關之處的能力（The ability to see connection among disciplines, ideas and cultures）;
