IDEA連接MySQL數據庫錯誤

報錯： IDEA連接MySQL數據庫出現Connection to @localhost failed. [08001] Could not create connection to database server. Attempt 錯誤 錯誤原因： 連接的時候出現SystemTimezone 問題，數據庫的時區是系統默認時區，沒有更改到東8區。 版本： （MySQL8.0，idea9.2) 解決
