rancher添加集羣失敗：Etcd Cluster is not healthy

1、背景 有一臺虛擬機，曾經用來作過rancher集羣的agent（角色：etcd、control、worker），後來我刪除了這個集羣，如今又想用這臺虛擬機作rancher集羣，結果添加失敗，報[etcd] Failed to bring up Etcd Plane: [etcd] Etcd Cluster is not healthy錯誤 node 2、解決 谷歌後找到了緣由：刪除集羣的時候沒
