Android Crash：Bad notification for startForeground
Android 8.0開始Notification 須要指定一個channel，當target大於26時，這個channel須要進行系統註冊，不然會crash，crash信息以下：java android.app.RemoteServiceException: Bad notification for startForeground: java.lang.RuntimeException: inv
