Cadence新建焊盤

1、開啓焊盤設計軟件。 Cacence–Release 16.6–PCB Editor Utilities–Pad Designer。如下圖： 2、焊盤命名。 目的是一目瞭然，看名知道焊盤的形狀尺寸。 ①通孔焊盤。 p_3p9mm_cir_2p9mm_cir.pad 焊盤外徑3.9mm圓形，焊盤內徑2.9mm圓形。 p_3mm_reg_2mm_cir.pad 焊盤外徑3mm矩形，焊盤內徑2mm圓形
