清華源安裝tensorflow-gpu==1.13.1失敗

conda install tensorflow-gpu==1.13.1沒有成功。 更新了conda到最新版，還是不行，於是去清華源的網站上看了一下， https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/ 果然沒有1.13.1版本的，而且最新的只到了1.3.0 然而並不想換cuda了，就換源安裝吧。 pip install tensorf
