ant design pro vue 組件未註冊 Unknown custom element:＜a-tree＞

問題：無法使用tree組件 提示 Unknown custom element:<a-tree> - did you register the component correctly? For recursive components, make sure to provide the 「name」 option. 原因 按需加載默認未引入tree組件
