word用宏命令完美解決列表編號變黑塊的問題

 

相信不少人跟我同樣，屢次定義新的多級列表，會致使列表編號變成下面這樣黑塊

在百度搜索結果嘗試了鼠標左鍵選中應用樣式，文檔關閉後打開問題依舊；

仍是得感謝萬能的Google，幫我找到了答案。

問題根因：

The problem occurs because the font characteristics in the list template have become corrupted. 

大概意思就是模板中的字體損壞了，英文很差認不全囧。

解決步驟：

1. 打開VB編輯器

沒有開發工具欄的請自行百度「word 開發工具"

2. 工具->宏

 

3.建立宏

 

 4. 貼入代碼：

For Each templ In ActiveDocument.ListTemplates
For Each lev In templ.ListLevels
lev.Font.Reset
Next lev
Next templ

 

5. 運行宏

 

 能夠看到標題變回來了：
