imx6ull網絡接口eth不穩定的問題，fec 2188000.ethernet eth1:Link is down。

最近在調試lan8720+imx6ull雙網卡，核心板使用的是正點原子的，方案也是參考其的。 調試了幾天發現了一個問題就是eth1和eth0網卡經常掉線，情況就是出現（圖1） fec 2188000.ethernet eth1: Link is Up - 100Mbps/Full - flow control rx/tx fec 2188000.ethernet eth1:Link is down
