Tomcat啓動亂碼解決方案 tomcat9.0.27啓動亂碼： 解決方案，修改tomcat的conf下的logging.properties中的參數，由UTF-8改爲GBK，之後保存後重啓tomcat就正常了，如下所示： java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.encoding = GBK
