步驟 （1）首先去git下載源碼 https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch/tree/v2.4.3   　　下載下來，得到  　　   　　解壓               　　（2）使用mvn編譯打包 　 　我一般，用maven 3.3.9版本，這裏不多說。 　　 如果，maven 版本號小於3.1.0的時候，會報錯，需要修改es根目錄下pom文件的590
