文章整體思路：通過對轉錄組數據的分析挖掘與抗旱相關的基因。其中的一些數據處理及分析方法值得學習借鑑。 一、數據概覽 樣本：224 個植株的葉片 條件：3 種澆水處理，正常澆水 (WW) 、、停止澆水9天 (含水量70%，WS1)、停止澆水13天 (含水量58%，WS2) 設計目的： 嚴格控制基因型變量，即對照組與實驗組之間基因型完全相同； 嚴格控制植株生長階段。轉錄組會隨着時間變化，處於不同的生長
