爲了跟新新版本的ios9版本，使用http請求時會碰到沒法加載數據的狀況ios

App Transport Security has blocked a cleartext HTTP (http://) resource load since it is insecure. Temporary exceptions can be configured via your app's Info.plist file.app

ios9默認是https請求，這時就須要更改系統的InfoPlist文件，修改成http請求spa

這裏先寫出來，省的之後用的時候還一次一次敲代碼blog
