iOS9 HTTP請求失敗
iOS9把全部HTTP請求都改爲了HTTPS請求，致使應用加載不出數據。it
解決方法：在plist中添加如下新字段io
App Transport Security Settings：Dictionary請求
Allow Arbitrary Loads：Boolean YES方法
