Still unable to dial persistent://xxx:80 after 3 attempts

國慶節回來後，電腦總是動不動就有一些網站打不開，顯示error：Still unable to dial persistent://xxx:80 after 3 attempts。 解決方案如下： ① 打開IE瀏覽器的 Internet 選項 ② 點開 「高級 -> 還原高級設置 -> 重置 -> 應用 -> 確定」 再去刷新剛纔打不開的頁面，還打不開就需要重啓一下。
