作者闡述了在DCNNs應用於圖像任務時有兩個技術難點需要攻克,一個是信號的降採樣,另一個是空間不敏感。信號降採樣主要是因爲在計算過程中不斷的pooling和downsampling,本文應用空洞卷積來解決。空間不敏感是由於在分類任務需要空間固定,所以限制了DCNNs模型的準確性。爲解決這個問題作者採用了全連接的條件隨機場,全連接CRF計算效率高,並且能夠獲得邊緣細節信息。 Atrous
