滯後閾值磁滯分割-hysteresis_threshold (Operator)

hysteresis_threshold(Image : RegionHysteresis : Low, High, MaxLength : )    圖像上灰度值大於或等於High的點有效，這樣的點被稱爲「secure」points安全點，灰度值小於Low的點無效，灰度值在Low和High之間的點如果到「secure」points的距離小於MaxLength則爲有效。
