1.需求：支持視頻上傳並切片，支持經過m3u8文件播放python

2.視頻切片的上一節已經談過，這一節主要是視頻上傳的處理nginx

第一步：upload-module模塊安裝web

-----------首先下載upload-moduledjango

-----------而後使用源碼編譯安裝nginx： .configure --add-module=/path/nginx-upload-module/json

第二步：確認是否已經安裝了upload-module,使用指令：/usr/local/nginx/sbin/nginx -Vapi

第三部：添加配置文件session
