'winrar' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

默認安裝完winrar後，命令行是不支持winrar命令的，會報以上錯誤。

解決辦法：須要設置環境變量，path 值爲 winrar的安裝路徑。

若是path裏面設置過其餘的環境變量，值裏面各路徑須要用分號隔開。
