Windows命令沒法運行報錯：is not recognized as an internal

發現bat文件即便手動運行也沒法成功，因而打開CMD驗證，輸入命令提示以下錯誤：

「command」 is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

而後發現任何CMD命令都沒法識別

緣由：電腦用戶環境設置有問題，到以下位置修改：

鼠標右鍵點擊 My Computer-> Properties-> Advanced -> Environment Variables -> Path
在最前面添加：SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;
