把TortoiseSVN中默認的文件比較工具替換爲Beyond Compare

1.打開TortoiseSVN的配置： 然後去找到對應的設置比較工具的地方： Settings->Diff Viewer 把默認的 TortoiseMerge換成External，然後再設置爲BeyondCompare。 Diff Select Settings from Explorer’s TortoiseSVN submenu. Switch to the Diff Viewer tab.
