[平常] 解決github速度特別慢

執行下面這倆命令，找到對應的IP，增長host就能解決

nslookup github.global.ssl.fastly.Net
nslookup github.com

修改host爲下面下面的ip

重啓刷新DNS
/etc/init.d/networking restart
