class path resource [SpringMvc.xml] cannot be opened because it does not exist

在做SSM整合的時候，tomcat服務器一啓動就報如下的錯誤， 意思是找不到路徑下的文件資源，如下是我的工程框架圖 下面是我的Web.xml中的配置 明明已經配置了SpringMvc.xml，卻提示沒有該文件， 但這些文件不能在任意的地方，必須使用build path 放到指定的位置纔可以訪問到。 步驟： 選中項目=>（右鍵）properties=>Java Build Path =>Source
