解決notepad++ 找不到 plugin manager 想在 notepad++ 安裝Hex-Editor ， 卻找不到 plugin manager，是因爲缺少plugins manager 這個插件，手動下載安裝即可： （一）下載 plugin manager 插件：點擊下載 （二）解壓,將文件PluginManager.dll 拷貝到notepad++ 安裝目錄下的plugins文件夾
