在安裝mysqli的時候，出現error: ext/mysqlnd/mysql_float_to_double.h: No such file or directory

個人解決方法：
直接修改源碼，把找不到的那個頭文件的路徑修改成絕對路徑，編譯經過了，也能正常使用

# pwd 
/home/neo/tools/php-5.5.28/ext/mysqli
# vim mysqli_api.c
把第36行的
#include "ext/mysqlnd/mysql_float_to_double.h"
修改成
#include "/home/neo/tools/php-5.5.28/ext/mysqlnd/mysql_float_to_double.h"
