基於vue+elementUI基礎寫的橫向樹形組件

寫組件的來由：當初原本能夠用elementUI的樹形結構組件，產品倒是橫向的。

在這裏感謝做者jiaxincui，參照他的組件，本身模仿了一個遞歸組件。做者組件地址：https://github.com/jiaxincui/vue-tree

本組件基於 vue+elementUI ，主要使用了組件的checkbox
