Windows平臺編譯libevent

使用VisualStudio來編譯，個人電腦上安裝的是VS2013。 一、在開始菜單項裏面（或者在VS安裝路徑中）打開Developer Command Prompt for VS2013.exe 二、在Developer Command Prompt for VS2013.exe命令行中進入你的libevent源碼路徑（例如d:\libevent） cd d:\libevent 三、執行編譯命令
