Our databases typically house a hundred million individuals and billions of transactions. Once hired, the qualified candidate will be immersed in the development and maintenance of database / data warehouse solutions to meet client business objectives. spa

？ Be the go-to person and mentor more junior resources on the Shanghai team ci
？ Design, develop, and maintain production data load and update jobs rem
？ Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis and data extract it
？ Design, develop, and maintain ETL scripts io
？ Design, develop, and maintain data mart extraction processes ast
？ Perform quality assurance and testing at the unit level form
？ Write user and technical documentation
？ Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
？ Excellent written and oral English communication skill
？ Ability to work independently and directly with resources across Merkle’s global teams, primary in the US
？ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field or relevant professional experience
？ Solid understanding of SQL
？ 4~7 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or other major RDBMS
？ Familiarity with at least one leading ETL tool, such as Informatica, Ab Initio, Oracle Warehouse Builder or SQL Server SSIS
？ Knowledge of software engineering and development methodologies, techniques, and tools, including Configuration Management (CVS), Issue Tracking (TeamTrack; Jira), and the Software Development Lifecycle (waterfall; agile)
？ Familiarity with designing and implementing large databases and data warehouses utilizing both relational and dimensional design concepts
？ Experience with CDI (Customer Data Integration) is a plus
？ Experience in database marketing is a plus
