經過bootware升級software版本app

案例：S12508更換主控板LST1MRPNC1 ，該板卡狀態爲Slave狀態；ui

設備狀態：S12508共2臺作了堆疊，共含4張板卡，版本爲S12500-CMW520-R1335P03；新板卡版本爲s12500-cmw520-r1829p02；spa

更換緣由：單板的二次電源故障致使板卡remove，需更換解決。3d

操做步驟：日誌

1、插入console線，檢查舊板卡狀態和記錄設備運行狀態；orm

2、S12500的單板均支持熱插拔，單板更換方法以下：blog

(1) 用十字螺絲刀鬆開單板兩側的鬆不脫螺釘。rem

(2) 兩手抓住單板兩側的扳手，用力把扳手向外翻，使單板與機箱背板脫離。get

(3) 沿着插槽導軌平穩滑動，拔出單板，將拆卸下來的單板放置到防靜電袋或初始包裝盒中。

(4) 將待安裝的單板前面板兩側的扳手往外旋轉，而後一隻手托住單板（注意不要碰到電路板上的元器件），另外一隻手握住單板前面板，沿着插槽導軌平穩插入。

(5) 將單板兩側扳手向內合攏，使單板與機箱背板緊密接觸。

(6) 手動將單板兩側的鬆不脫螺釘導正後擰入，再用螺絲刀擰緊螺釘，固定單板。

3、新板卡安裝正確，將通電自檢。因爲新板卡自帶software較高，沒法識別原堆疊的版本，故須要降級跟master板卡版本一致；

告警日誌：

Error: Failed to stack because of the different software versions between the device and the master, please enable auto upgrade of boot files function or update the device version manually.

4、進入bootware前，須要在接了console線的前提下再接一條網線從終端接到新辦卡的MGNT口上，做爲傳輸software的物理線路。而且終端配置靜態IP，並打開服務器軟件（這裏以tftp爲例），並設置服務器目錄（目錄裏需含bin文件）；

5、進入bootware步驟：

1) 按Ctrl+ B 進入擴展boot菜單；

3) 選擇<6>：Modify Ethernet Parameter

填寫相關信息：

4) 填寫後，回車回到菜單，按<2> Update Main Application File，開始傳送bin文件；

6、返回擴展bootware主菜單，按<0> Reboot進行應用並重啓
