1. Install Nodejsnode
The most easy way is to download the msi filre fromhttp://nodejs.org/ . If you don't know how to install msi file ,you can read my another blog http://www.cnblogs.com/younglaker/archive/2013/05/29/3106377.htmlgit
Of cause there are another compelecated way to copmile the source code. But i don't like to . The simplest, the best.github
You can use "node -v" and "npm -v" to check whether it is installed correctlty (npm is the the Node Package Manager).npm
2. Install CoffeeScript with npmthis
npm install -g coffee-script
(Leave off the -g if you don't wish to install globally.)spa
or code
If you'd prefer to install the latest master version of CoffeeScript, you can clone the CoffeeScript source repository from GitHub, or download the source directly. To install the lastest master CoffeeScript compiler with npm:htm
npm install -g http://github.com/jashkenas/coffee-script/tarball/master
Cheked by "coffee -v".blog
3. Add environment path.
NODE_PATH : C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\npm\node_modules
4. Test
Open cmd,paste
square = (x) -> x * x cube = (x) -> square(x) * x
It will output this:
square = function(x) { return x * x; }; cube = function(x) { return square(x) * x; };
That's fine.
