介紹KeyTool GUI工具2款

用到keytool，看到有GUI工具，遂尋找。

2款嘗試，發現portecle更好用。
前者更適合大衆操做，後者適合專業級操做。


兩款都沒有批處理。但在ReadMe中有相關提示。
下載jre，在命令行敲命令

把命令粘進start.bat中，把文件與jar放到一塊兒
